  1. ONCA 17-75, An Act to amend ONCA 16-95 to provide a supplemental appropriation to the Child, Family and Senior Services Division in the amount of sixteen thousand one hundred ninety three dollars ($16,193); and to establish an alternate effective date. (Shaw) 
  2. ONCA 17-76, An Act to authorize and appropriate seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) to the Capital Asset and Improvement Fund for the listed capital asset purchase; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Whitehorn)

ONCR 17-24, A Resolution to authorize and approve execution of a “Contract for Treatment Services or Other Integrated Services – Sole Source FY18” with the State of Oklahoma – Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services; and to authorize a limited waiver of sovereign immunity from suit and a consent to jurisdiction.   8. ONCR 17-25, A Resolution to provide a limited waiver of sovereign immunity for the purpose of water sale and treatment to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. (Tillman)

ONCR 17-26, A Resolution to approve and authorize the execution of Amendment #1 to the FY 2016-2018 Multi-Year Funding Agreement to provide healthcare services of the Wah-Zha-Zhi Health Center to otherwise ineligible non-Indians in accordance with Osage Nation law and Section 813 of the Indian Health Care Act, as amended, 25. U.S.C. § 1680 c. (Shaw)
