ONCA 16-115, An Act to authorize and appropriate two hundred ninety nine thousand dollars ($299,000) for the payment of base pay and special adjustments in accordance with the Merit System of Employment; to Direct Human Resources Department to administer and direct the awards in accordance with the Merit System of Employment; and to establish an alternate effective date.   1. ONCA 16-116, An Act appropriate three hundred fifty eight thousand five hundred dollars ($358,500) to the Human Resources Department for the payment of performance recognition bonuses based on merit; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Edwards)

 

  1. ONCA 16-120, An Act to require the Legislature to fix and authorize the salary and expense allowance for Elected Officials, Executive Staff Appointees, Exempt Appointed Officials and Appointed Employees and to establish an alternate. (Edwards)

 

  1. ONCR 16-35, A Resolution to require proof of tribal enrollment for Artisans who claim Osage affiliation. (Buffalohead)

 

9.      General Order Day 2 – Amendments Proposed

 

  1. ONCA 16-77, an Act to approve ad refer the measure on whether the definition of marriage shall be amended to include two persons of the same sex under Osage law; and to direct it be placed on the ballot at a special election. (Shaw)

 

  1. ONCA 16-80, An Act to establish a summer program to introduce Osages to careers in the health industry at an early age; and to appropriate twenty thousand nine hundred twenty dollars ($20,920). (Shaw)

 

  1. ONCA 16-92, An Act to provide an appropriation to the Health and Wellness Division of the Osage Nation for fiscal year 2017 in the amount of thirteen million nine hundred forty seven thousand six hundred twelve dollars ($13,947,612); and to establish an alternate effective date. (Shaw)

 

  1. ONCA 16-95, An Act to provide an appropriation to the Child, Family and Senior Services Division of the Osage Nation for fiscal year 2017 in the amount of four million one hundred fifty four thousand four hundred thirty eight dollars ($4,154,438); and to establish an alternate effective date.   1. ONCA 16-97, An Act to amend 15 ONC § 1A-101 to add definitions to promote uniform use, meaning and application to be used in all legislation, support documentation, budgeting, and spending; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Edwards)

 

  1. ONCA 16-102, An act to restrict revenue raised from the delivery of health services to expenditures on health related services; and to provide an alternate effective date. (Shaw)

 

  1. ONCA 16-117, An Act to amend ONCA 15-19 to change the definition of commercial property to limit the revenue into and the use of this fund to Osage Nation properties under one hundred (100) acres; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Whitehorn)     

 

  1. ONCA 16-124, An Act to Amend ONCA 15-80 to provide for an appropriation modification to the Legislative Branch for fiscal year 2016; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Edwards)

  1. ONCA 16-99, An Act to authorize and appropriate five million six hundred thousand dollars ($5,600,000) to the Health Benefit Plan Fund from fiscal year 2017 revenue; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Edwards)
