All bids must be sealed and received on or before 2:00 P.M. on June 17th, 2025 at the Purchasing Office of the Osage Nation, 111 John Dahl Ave, Pawhuska, OK 74056. 

Sealed bids will be opened publicly at 2:15 P.M. on June 17th, 2025 at the Osage Nation Law Building Conference Room 121 located at 1071 Grandview Ln., Pawhuska, OK 74056. 

Osage Preference will be applied in awarding the contract.
