WELA provides a comprehensive child development program that promotes and encourages individual growth and development of young children, 6 weeks to five years old. Wrap-around services are also offered at the Fairfax, Hominy, and Pawhuska for children 4 to 12 years old. Services are provided in several areas including health, education, social services, parent involvement, family literacy, Osage language and culture, and services for special needs children and their families. Fee rates for WELA can be found by clicking the link below to our Parent Handbook. Our Academies are located in Pawhuska, Hominy, Skiatook, and Fairfax. Operating hours are from 7:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Monday through Friday.
To enroll your child in WELA please complete the Application found below. Applications may be hand-delivered or mailed to any of our four locations.

All WELA Parents/Guardians are eligible for Osage Language Fee Waiver. Please see page 20 of the Parent Handbook for more information.
The Osage Nation Child Care Program provides low-income Native American families with child care assistance. Any questions regarding this Child Care Assistance application, please call Child Care at 918-287-5363. The Child Care Assistance Application can be found on the Child Care Program's webpage.
WELA Administration encourages the resolution of issues on an informal basis whenever possible. However, if it is not possible, a formal grievance may be filed by completing the following form.
