About
The Office of Compliance functions within the scope of the Government Operations for all aspects of grant compliance. In fulfilling this charge, the Compliance Department invokes the principles of shared responsibility, comprehensive regulations, best practices and Osage Nation law to ensure accountability.

End State Goal
Ensure the Osage government is accountable to the Osage people.
Department Objectives
- Provide grants management leadership and compliance oversight for all Osage Nation employees, departments, agencies, commissions, boards and those acting on behalf of the Osage Nation who manage or administer grants, agreements and any tribal dollars being used for leverage of a grant or agreement.
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to hold those acting on behalf of the Osage Nation who manage or administer grants, agreements and any tribal dollars being used for leverage of a grant or agreement accountable for the implementation and management of their grant or agreement.
- Assist those acting on behalf of the Osage Nation who manage or administer grants, agreements and any tribal dollars being used for leverage of a grant or agreement with compliance issues.

eCIVIS
The Osage Nation’s central electronic grant file repository is the web-based grants management system that is eCivis. This system allows users to file grant related documents, track data, and monitor progress of the grant/agreement through the stages of the lifecycle.
