Request for Bids
The Osage Nation is soliciting bids for the construction of a rural telecommunications project. Project known as, Osage Nation Fairfax Overbuild Project.
Bid packets, with full details, can be obtained from the Osage Nation Purchasing Office at 111 John Dahl Ave., Pawhuska, OK 74056. Please contact Aaron Usrey at 918.287.0088 or via email aaron.usrey@osagenation-nsn.gov.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 23rd, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at the Osage Nation Law Bldg, Conference Room 121 at 1071 Grandview Lane, Pawhuska OK 74056. Digital attendance will be accepted at the pre-bid meeting. A Zoom link is available upon request by emailing Aaron Usrey, aaron.usrey@osagenation-nsn.gov
Bids must be received no later than 02:00 P.M. Tuesday May 20th, 2025 at the Osage Nation Procurement Office at 111 John Dahl Ave., Pawhuska, OK 74056.
All bids will be opened publicly beginning at 02:15 P.M. Tuesday, May 20th, 2025 at the Osage Nation Law Bldg, Conference Room 121 at 1071 Grandview Lane, Pawhuska OK 74056.
Osage Preference will apply. This project will be awarded to one contractor. The Osage Nation reserves the right to reject any and bids.
