Request for Proposals
The Osage Nation is seeking proposals from a company or firm to provide leasing pricing for the supply and installation of a new Postage Machine Systems.
Proposal packets, with full details, can be obtained from the Osage Nation Purchasing Office at 111 John Dahl Ave., Pawhuska, OK 74056. Please contact Ashley Lockett at 918.287.5344 or via email ashley.lockett@osagenation-nsn.gov.
Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 P.M. CST Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at the Osage Nation Procurement Office at 111 John Dahl Ave., Pawhuska, OK 74056.
The Osage Nation reserves the right to reject any and bids. This project will be awarded to one vendor. Osage Preference will be applied in the evaluation of award.
