The Osage Nation is seeking proposals for a qualified individual, company, or firm to provide higher education assistance and scholarship program management services.

Proposals must be received on or before 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at the Osage Nation Procurement Office located at 111 John Dahl, Pawhuska, OK 74056.
Osage Preference will be applied in awarding the contract. The Osage Nation reserves the right to reject any and all responses.
