Request for Bids

The Osage Nation is soliciting bids for the construction, including the supply of necessary labor, materials, and equipment, of a rural telecommunications project, Project Name: NTIA Service Entrance & FTTH Drop Project.

A Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 A.M. March 17^th, 2025 at the Osage Nation Law Bldg., Conference Room 121 at 1071 Grandview Lane, Pawhuska, OK 74056

Bids must be received no later than 02:00 P.M. April 8^th, 2025 at the Osage Nation Procurement Office at 111 John Dahl Ave., Pawhuska, OK 74056.

All bids will be opened publicly beginning at 02:15 P.M. April 8^th, 2025 at the Osage Nation Law Bldg., Conference Room 121, 1071 Grandview Lane, Pawhuska, OK 74056.

Osage Preference will apply. This project will be awarded to one contractor. The Osage Nation reserves the right to reject any and bids.
