a. ONCA 24-49, An Act to authorize and appropriate one hundred sixty eight thousand nine hundred twenty one dollars ($168,921) to the Hominy Fire Department for the purchase of new equipment and a cascade system; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Potts)
b. ONCR 24-17, A Resolution to support an increase in the grant tribal match approved in ONCR 24-02 from the amount of eighty four thousand five hundred seventy seven dollars ($84,577) to the amount of two hundred seven thousand nine hundred fifty one dollars ($207,951) to the Osage Nation Executive Branch for BIL – Preventing Outages and Enhancing the Resilience of the Electric Grid. a. ONCR 24-14, A Resolution To authorize and approve execution of a “Contract for Treatment Services or Other Integrated Services – Fixed Rate FY23 and 24” and each and every year thereafter with the State of Oklahoma - Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services; and to authorize a limited waiver of sovereign immunity from suit and a consent to jurisdiction. 9. General Order Day 2 – Amendments May Be Proposed
a. ONCA 23-93, An Act to establish equal pay requirements in Osage law, and to establish an alternate effective date. (Potts)
b. ONCA 24-34, An Act to provide an appropriation in the amount of two million dollars ($2,000,000) for the demolition, design, engineering, and construction of a new multi-function office building; and to establish an alternate effective date. (BigHorse)
c. ONCA 24-38, An Act to amend the Osage Nation Bar Association Fund at 1 ONC § 1-101 to change it to the Osage Nation Bar Fund for the benefit of the Judicial Branch; to amend the stated purpose; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Revard)
d. ONCA 24-39, An Act to establish a revolving fund for the Judicial Branch to process revenues, expenditures and bonds by operation of the Courts; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Revard)
e. ONCA 24-45, An Act to amend ONCA 23-106 to provide a supplemental appropriation to Tribal Works in the amount of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000); and to establish an alternate effective date. (Revard)
f. ONCR 24-13, A Resolution to authorize a limited waiver of sovereign immunity from suit and consent to jurisdiction to the Oklahoma Historical Society, an agency of the State of Oklahoma, for the purchase of real estate known as the “Chief Lookout Gravesite.” (BigHorse)
