b.    ONCA 23-99, An Act to provide an appropriation to Si-Si-A-Pe-Txa for fiscal year 2024 in the amount of one million eight hundred thirty eight thousand eight hundred twenty dollars ($1,838,820); and to establish an alternate effective date. (Stabler)

c.    ONCR 23-23, A Resolution to authorize a limited waiver of sovereign immunity from suit and consent to jurisdiction to Paycom Payroll, LLC for payroll services to Si-Si A-Pe-Txa. (Stabler)
