a.    ONCA 25-62, An Act to amend ONCA 21-58 to decrease the appropriation to the Executive Branch of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for an adult male and female Primary Residential Treatment (PRT) facility, an adolescent male and female PRT, a transitional living facility, and a counseling center with administrative and counseling offices in the amount of three hundred fifty eight thousand one hundred fifty dollars ($358,150); and to establish an alternate effective date. b.    ONCA 25-63, An Act to authorize and appropriate two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to the tobacco retailers who are owed money pursuant to law; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Whitehorn)

c.    ONCA 25-64, An Act to amend Chapter 1 of the Osage Nation Revenue and Taxation Act; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Red Corn)

d.    ONCA 25-65, An Act to repeal ONCA 25-40; to amend Chapter 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Act of 2006 to recognize the Nation’s Tobacco Tax Compact with the State of Oklahoma; to establish the tax rate on cigarettes and other tobacco products sold within the Osage Reservation; to amend Section 2-114 to establish the Compact Payment Revolving Fund; to establish Compact Payment Allocation Payments for Retailers; and to establish an alternate effective date. e.    ONCA 25-66, An Act to establish law governing the registration and titling of manufactured homes within the Osage Reservation; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Red Corn)

f.    ONCR 25-13, A Resolution to direct the Treasurer, Clark Batson, to execute the Charles Schwab Application Agreement without altering it, and to direct distribution of rebate funds to the tobacco retailers as set out in law. (Potts)

a.    ONCA 25-45, An Act to amend ONCA 22-15 to increase the appropriation of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to the Executive Branch for the CARES Continuation projects for the Museum, Language and Culture Departments in the amount of fifty one thousand two hundred thirty dollars ($51,230); and to establish an alternate effective date. b.    ONCA 25-47, An Act to authorize and appropriate three thousand dollars ($3,000) to the Hominy Friends Church; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Goodfox)
c.    ONCA 25-52, An Act to amend ONCA 22-94 to provide supplemental appropriations to the Executive Branch in non-Tribal funds in the amount of fifty four thousand six hundred forty one dollars ($54,641); and to establish an alternate effective date. (Hamilton)

d.    ONCA 25-53, An Act to amend ONCA 24-70 to authorize IDC Communications to move twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to professional fees; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Hamilton)

e.    ONCA 25-58, An Act to amend ONCA 23-83 to provide supplemental appropriations to the Executive Branch in the amount of two hundred seventy eight thousand two hundred sixty two dollars ($278,262) of non-Tribal funds; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Hamilton)

f.    ONCA 25-59, An Act to amend ONCA 24-75 to provide supplemental appropriations to the Executive Branch in the amount of four hundred four thousand seven hundred nineteen dollars ($404,719) of non-tribal funds; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Hamilton)
