a. ONCA 25-13, An Act to repeal ONCA 21-53 and return three million dollars ($3,000,000) of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to the General Fund orginally appropriated for water and sewer infrastructure repairs in the Pawhuska Indian Village; and to establish an alternate effective date. b. ONCA 25-23, An Act to repeal ONCA 23-34 and return three million dollars ($3,000,000) to the Nation orginally appropriated for construction of a senior housing complex in Hominy, Oklahoma; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Lemon)
c. ONCA 25-27, An Act to amend ONCA 21-81 to increase the appropriation to the Judicial Branch in the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for improvements to the current Judicial Building and for the design, engineering and construction of a new Judicial building in the amount of one million six hundred twelve thousand two hundred forty three dollars ($1,612,243); and to establish an alternate effective date. d. ONCR 25-02, A Resolution to approve the investment firm Capital Investment Advisors lead by Michael Parsons as the Investment Manager for the Osage Nation and to approve a limited waiver of sovereign immunity. (Revard)

a. ONCR 25-01, A Resolution to revise and approve the fiscal year 2025 Annual Revenue Projection of the Osage Nation. (Revard)
b. ONCA 25-09, An Act to amend ONCA 21-59 to reduce the appropriation of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to the Executive Branch for water and sewer repairs and improvements to the Hominy Indian Village and the Hominy community in the amount of two million seven hundred eighty five thousand dollars ($2,785,000); and to establish an alternate effective date. c. ONCA 25-11, An Act to amend ONCA 24-75 to provide supplemental appropriations to the Executive Branch in the amount of eleven million six hundred sixty seven thousand seven hundred eight dollars ($11,667,708) of non-tribal funds; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Revard)
d. ONCA 25-15, An Act to amend ONCA 21-51 to increase the appropriation of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to to the Executive Branch for Homing Senior Housing in the amount of three million six hundred twenty five thousand six hundred twenty seven dollars ($3,625,627); and to establish an alternate effective date. ONCA 25-16, An Act to amend ONCA 21-61 to reduce the appropriation to the Executive Branch in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for the continuation and completion of Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act projects by the amount of twenty five thousand four hundred thirty two dollars ($25,432); and to establish an alternate effective date. ONCA 25-25, An Act to amend ONCA 22-81 to reduce the appropriation of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for the expansion of the Chapel in the Grayhorse Indian Village in the amount of four hundred fifty four thousand three hundred sixty two dollars ($454,362); and to establish an alternate effective date.
