a.    ONCA 25-34, An Act to authorize and appropriate the amount of one hundred seventy five thousand dollars ($175,000) to the Executive Branch for a statue of Joseph Pah-Nee-No-Pa-She known as “Governor Joe”; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Keene)

b.    ONCA 25-35, An Act to appropriate the sum of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to Osage Home Health to cover the costs associated with the closing of Osage Home Health; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Revard)

c.    ONCA 25-36, An Act to authorize two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) of residual assets in the Capital Asset Fund to the Wahzhazhe Early Learning Academy (WELA) for a generator and an automatic transfer switch; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Revard)

d.    ONCA 25-37, An Act to amend ONCA 24-75 to provide supplemental appropriations to the Executive Branch in them amount of one million three hundred forty eight thousand seven hundred seventy four dollars ($1,348,774) of non-tribal funds; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Revard)

e.    ONCA 25-38, An Act to amend ONCA 23-83 to provide a supplemental appropriation to the Executive Branch in the amount of sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) of non-tribal funds; and to establish an alternative effective date. (Revard)

f.    ONCA 25-39, An Act to amend ONCA 24-73 to provide supplemental appropriations to the Executive Branch in the amount of three million six hundred sixty four thousand six hundred two dollars ($3,664,602); and to establish an alternate effective date. (Revard)

g.    ONCA 25-40, An Act to amend the tobacco tax code to include the Tobacco Compact Tax; to state the distribution of the tribal portion of the Tobacco Compact Tax; to repeal the tobacco Tax Relief fund; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Whitehorn)

h.    ONCR 25-05, A Resolution to support the Osage Nation’s membership in the Coalition of Large Tribes (COLT). (Revard)

i.    ONCR 25-06, A Resolution to approve the Office of Fiscal Performance and Review annual audit plan for fiscal year 2025 submitted by Moss Adams. (Hamilton)
