a.    ONCA 25-39, An Act to amend ONCA 24-73 to provide supplemental appro-priations to the Executive Branch in the amount of three million three hun-dred nine thousand seven hundred dollars ($3,309,700); and to establish an al-ternate effective date. (Revard)

b.    ONCA 25-40, An Act to amend the tobacco tax code to include the Tobacco Compact Tax; to state the distribution of the tribal portion of the Tobacco Compact Tax; to repeal the tobacco Tax Relief Fund; and to establish an al-ternate effective date. (Whitehorn)

7.    General Order Day 2 – Amendments May Be Proposed

a.    ONCR 25-05, A Resolution to support the Osage Nation’s membership in the Coalition of Large Tribes (COLT). (Revard)

b.    ONCR 25-06, A Resolution to approve the Office of Fiscal Performance and Review annual audit plan for fiscal year 2025 submitted by Moss Adams. (Hamilton)

c.    ONCR 25-07, A Resolution to denounce the United States federal govern-ment's disregard for the sovereign status of the Osage Nation as is evident by acting on inherent trust functions without consultation or notice. (Whitehorn)
