a. ONCR 23-19, A Resolution to approve a request for five percent (5%) Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) for Osage Nation Merited Employees for Fiscal Year 2024. (Revard)
b. ONCA 23-95, An Act to amend the Osage Fair Minimum Wage Act at 19 ONC § 2-103 to raise the minimum wage for Osage Nation employees to $15.75 an hour beginning in 2024. (Potts)
c. ONCA 23-57, An Act to authorize and appropriate the amount of two hundred thirty five thousand dollars ($235,000) to the Executive Branch for the purchase of an ambulance for the Shidler, Oklahoma volunteer ambulance service; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Lemon)
d. ONCA 23-88, An Act to authorize and appropriate fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to the Court Appointed Special Advocates of Osage and Pawnee Counties as a grant to benefit members of the Osage Nation and the community; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Shaw)

f. ONCA 23-27, An Act to authorize the amount of seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) to Osage, LLC for fencing at the heliport; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Stabler)
g. ONCA 23-33, An Act to authorize and appropriate two million two hundred thousand dollars ($2,200,000) to the Executive Branch for site construction at the Wah-Zha-Zhi National Cemetery; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Hamilton)
h. ONCA 23-86, An Act to authorize and appropriate the amount of eight million four hundred eighteen thousand nine hundred thirty dollars ($8,418,930) to the Capital Asset Fund for a new Legislative Branch building; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Revard)

ONCA 23-91, An Act to authorize and appropriate a supplemental appropriation in the amount of seven million dollars ($7,000,000) to the Capital Asset Fund for the purchase of land, design, engineering and construction of a funeral services facility within the territorial boundaries of the Osage Nation; and to establish an alternate effective date.
