7.    ONCA 22-81, An Act to authorize and appropriate one million dollars ($1,000,000) to the Executive Branch of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for the expansion of the Chapel in the Grayhorse Indian Village; and to establish an alternate effective date.  (Shaw)
