7.    ONCA 22-115, An Act to amend ONCA 22-95 to authorize appropriation modifications and supplemental appropriations to the Executive Branch in non-Tribal funds in the amount of two hundred forty three thousand sixty four dollars ($243,064); and to establish an alternate effective date. 8.    ONCA 22-116, An Act to provide an appropriation to Si-Si A-Pe-Txa for fiscal year 2023 in the amount of one hundred fifty three thousand four hundred ninety dollars ($153,490) of non-tribal funds; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Stabler)
