 This notice is posted in accordance with 15 ONC § 7-101 and all amendments to the Osage Nation Open Meeting Act and any other applicable laws. The Osage Nation Gaming Enterprise Board may discuss, make motions, and vote upon all matters appearing on this agenda, such votes may be to adopt, reject, table, rescind, or take no action on any agenda item. This meeting is open to the public.

4.Board to hear, review, consider and take action regarding any New Business.

5.Board to hear, review, consider and take action regarding any Pending Business.

6.Propose, if necessary, Executive Session to discuss confidential and/or proprietary matters.

7.Board to exit Executive Session and return to Open Session.

8.Board to take action on items discussed in Executive Session.

9.Board to enter Closed Executive Session to discuss legal and personnel items.

10.Exit Closed Executive Session and return to Open Session.

11.Board to act, if necessary, on any items discussed in Closed Executive Session.

12.Adjourn
