Consideration of ONCR 15-27, A Resolution to specify that the Osage Nation tribally funded self-insured health plan may be the “Payer of Last Resort” for eligible Osage Nation employees; and to allow the Osage Nation to purchase individual supplemental policies for employees through the Insurance Marketplace or directly with health insurance carriers.   7. Consideration of ONCA 15-54, An Act to amend 9 ONC § 2-101; to change the definition of marriage; to repeal 9 ONC § 2-104; to amend 9 ONC § 3-126 to allow a spouse to restore a maiden or former name upon divorce. (Edwards)
