ONCA 17-67, An Act to amend 3 ONC § 5-108 to limit the original jurisdiction of the Osage Nation Supreme Court to the questions stated by petition or by motion to remove, and to prohibit expansion of the questions; to require the Osage Nation Supreme Court to be fair and treat the parties equally when setting briefing schedules or rules on briefing; and to establish an alternate effective date.   7. ONCR 17-22, A Resolution to authorize the Principal Chief of the Osage Nation to execute real property leases and right-of-way easements on restricted Indian lands on behalf of the Osage Nation through October 1, 2018. (Whitehorn)
