Consideration of ONCA 17-109, An Act to amend ONCA 16-125 to authorize and appropriate an additional four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to the Legislative Branch for moving costs and improvements to the Legislative Branch chambers and offices in Downtown Pawhuska; to approve an appropriation amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for Minerals Council moving and remodeling costs; and to establish an alternate effective date. Consideration of ONCR 17-34, A Resolution to certify to the Federal Highway Administration, the Osage Nation’s compliance with 25 CFR 169.004(b) and declare 4143 – PRT Road as a tribal public use road, constructed and maintained on Osage Nation land and funded by the Tribal Transportation Program.   8. Consideration of ONCA 17-95, An Act to authorize and appropriate thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) as a grant to the City of Hominy for the purchase of a fire truck; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Maker)

Consideration of ONCA 17-96, An Act to amend the Open Meetings Act at 15 ONC § 7-107, to require executive sessions to be recorded by the body and to prohibit public bodies from excluding elected officials from executive sessions on a limited basis; and to establish an alternate effective date.   10. Consideration of ONCA 17-115, An Act to authorize and appropriate one hundred eighty thousand dollars ($180,000) to the Osage Nation Foundation to be administered and distributed as donations and as arts matching grants; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Edwards)
