6.    ONCR 23-21, A Resolution Declaring Congressional consent and approval of the Si-Si A-Pe-Txa Board’s Annual Plan of Operations for fiscal year 2024.  

7.    ONCR 23-23, A Resolution to authorize a limited waiver of sovereign immunity from suit and consent to jurisdiction to Paycom Payroll, LLC for payroll services to Si-Si A-Pe-Txa.
