ONCA 19-61, An Act to authorize and appropriate four million three hundred thousand dollars ($4,300,000) to the Osage Nation Member Health Benefit Fund from fiscal year 2020 tribal revenue for Direct Assistance to Osage members 65 years of age and over; $1,000 annual benefit or Medigap insurance Plan F an Part D premiums, as set forth in the Osage Nation Health Benefit Act, 16 ONC 3-101 et seq.; and to establish an alternate effective date.   6. ONCA 19-66, An Act to authorize and appropriate fourteen million ($14,000,000) to the Osage Nation Health Benefit Fund from fiscal year 2020 tribal revenue for Direct Assistance to Osage members under 65 years of age as set forth in the Osage Nation Health Benefit Act, 16 ONC § 3-101 et seq.; and to establish an alternate effective date.   7. ONCA 19-30, An Act to amend the Osage Nation Health Benefit Act, 16 ONC § 3-101 through § 3-105 and to insert §§ 3-106 and 3-107; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Lemon) 
  8. ONCA 19-77, An Act to provide an appropriation to the Executive Branch of the Osage Nation for Fiscal Year 2020 in the amount of twenty five million eight hundred fifty seven thousand seven hundred eighty two dollars ($25,857,782); and to establish an alternate effective date. (Potts)
