  1. ONCA 21-40, An Act to establish the formal standards used to promote the health and general welfare of the Osage people, culture, economy, and natural resources through food and agricultural production. (Lemon)

ONCR 21-10, A Resolution to authorize a limited waiver of sovereign immunity from suit and consent to jurisdiction; and to authorize the Osage Nation Gaming Enterprise to execute an amended loan agreement, security agreements, and related loan documents incurring indebtedness and pledging assets and to authorize the Osage Nation to execute a Non-Impairment Agreement to support ONGE’s borrowing represented by the amended loan agreement.  (Goodfox) 
  3. ONCA 21-29, An Act to amend 15 ONC § 2-304 (C) to change the qualifications for the Treasurer; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Stabler) 
  4. ONCA 21-45, An Act to authorize and appropriate two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to the Grayhorse Indian Village for a cemetery gate and fencing; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Tillman)
