8. Board to take action, if necessary, on any items discussed above
9. Board to hear, review, consider and take action regarding any New Business
10. Board to review, consider and take action regarding Unfinished Business
11. Propose Executive Session to discuss confidential and/or proprietary matters
a. August 2024 Financials
b. Checks over $250K
c. Resolutions and/or Board Approvals
12. Board to exit Executive Session and return to Open Session
