    Conference call with Pipestem Law to discuss upcoming Mays hearing scheduled for May 14, 2024, at 10:00 A.M.

    Discussion on Red Line Meeting on April 29, 2024, with Ass’t A.G. Morgan Cass.

    Discussion on revised Budget FY 2025.

    Approval and signature of Resolution #007 Liquor Ordinance.

    Discussion on Mays hearing set for May 30, 2024, at 1:30 P.M. with Osage Nation Court.

    Approval of Board travel this past month.

    Approval of Chapter 1 of the Tax Code that will be sent to Congresswoman Shaw to include the proposed name change of the Tax Commission Board.

  8. OLD BUSINESS:

    Possessory Interest Tax; tabled from January 2023.

    Hwy 123 Smoke Shop a.k.a. Up In Smoke.

    Auction sale of tobacco.

    Tobacco and Car Tag Compact.

    Set the next meeting to discuss the redline version of the Tax Code.

    Plan to clarify instructions for Business Licensing of Casino Events.
