The JOM parent committee will distribute school supplies for Native American students enrolled at Skiatook public school on Wednesday, July 31, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Brooks Walton Activity Center in the concourse area. Parents will need to come inside to pick up their students' supplies.
Parents of new students need to submit a copy of their student's tribal membership card, verification of enrollment, and JOM student form application to Avis Ballard, JOM Coordinator, electronically (aballard@osagenation-nsn.gov) or through mail (PO Box 250 in Hominy 74035). A parent's or grandparent's tribal membership document will also be accepted. The student's and/or parent's birth certificate will need to be included in order to verify lineage.
