6th Osage Nation Congress to convene 2nd Special Session

The 6th Osage Nation Congress will convene the 2nd Special Session on August 24th at 10 A.M. Under consideration will be two items:

• ONCR 18-17, A Resolution to authorize and approve execution of a “Fire Protection and Automated Response Agreement” with the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and to authorize a limited waiver of sovereign immunity from suit and a consent to jurisdiction. (Goodfox)
• ONCR 18-18, A Resolution to approve a new fiscal year 2019 Annual Revenue Projection of the Osage Nation with updated revenues.
