An Act to amend the Osage Nation Gaming Reform Act of 2007 to require all net revenues to be disbursed to the Osage Nation when an Osage Nation Gaming Enterprise Annual Plan of Operation has not been approved by the Osage Nation Congress; and to establish an alternate effective date.
