An Act to amend ONCA 22-86 to provide supplemental appropriation in the amount of four hundred twenty thousand dollars ($420,000) of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to the Primary Residential Treatment (PRT) for water supply storage tanks; and to establish an alternate effective date.
