6.    ONCA 23-36, An Act to amend Title 19, chapter 2 in the Raise the Wage Act to allow the Osage Nation to offer cash-in-lieu of health insurance when it offers health insurance benefits to employees; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Potts)

7.    ONCA 23-37, An Act to prohibit attorneys from representing the Osage Nation and an elected official personally; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Potts)

8.    ONCA 23-38, An Act to amend Osage Nation Boards Act, 13 ONC § 5-105 to prohibit Board members and the business entities they own or partially own from contracting with the Board on which they sit for goods or services; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Potts)

9.    ONCA 23-40, An Act to amend 19 ONC § 5-102 to prohibit contracts for professional services, consulting services and employment from extending beyond three (3) years on a month-to-month basis when substantive terms would be changed; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Potts)
