c.    ONCA 23-32, An Act to authorize and appropriate ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to the City of Fairfax for the purchase of an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant forward walking pool ladder and pool safety equipment; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Shaw)

d.    ONCA 23-33, An Act to authorize and appropriate two million two hundred thousand dollars ($2,200,000) to the Executive Branch for site construction at the Wah-Zha-Zhi National Cemetery; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Hamilton)
