5. Updates from Compliance Officer, Samantha Renfro.
6. Updates from Kate Sheppard on tag sales and Janese Lasley on products being sold by Tax Department.
7. Discussion on the UINO (United Indian Nation of Oklahoma) meeting attended in OKC, Ok by the Tax Board, Tax Commission Director and Compliance Officer. The dates were May 04 – 05, 2023.
8. Discussion on approval of travel receipts for Board members to the UINO meeting on OKC on May 04-05, 2023.

1. Update on the Fairfax Smoke Shop tobacco products to be sold.
2. Hemp codes that have not been returned by the Attorney General’s office. Tabled until returned.
3. Possessory Interest Tax tabled until information is received from Realty and BIA.
4. Update on status on new conference room.
5. Discussion on letter and tax bill sent on April 06, 2023 to CEO Kimberly Pearson and Attorney General’s opinion.
6. Any other Old Business that should be discussed
