An Act to provide an appropriation in the amount of three million three hundred seventeen thousand five hundred dollars ($3,317,500) to the Tribal Development and Land Acquisition for project costs to build the Osage Fairfax Child Care and Senior Center and fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) for a third party needs assessment; and to establish an alternate effective date.
