e.    ONCA 23-102, An Act to provide an appropriation to the Judicial Branch of the Osage Nation for fiscal year 2024 in the amount of eight hundred ninety one thousand seven hundred ninety dollars ($891,790) of tribal funds and one hundred twenty nine thousand one hundred thirty four dollars ($129,134) of non-tribal funds; and to establish an alternate effective date. f.    ONCA 23-105, An Act to provide an appropriation to the Community Development Financial Institution for Fiscal Year 2024 in the amount of five hundred twenty thousand one hundred sixty two dollars ($520,162); and to establish an alternate effective date. (Revard)
