  15. Discussion and approval of Strategic Plan for Tax Commission FY25 including a vote on Resolution #14.
  16. OLD BUSINESS:
  17. Possessory Interest Tax; tabled from January 2023.
  18. Approval of Resolution for Congress to update Chapter 1 of the Tax Code including our proposed name change.
  19. Tobacco and Car Tag Compact.
  20. Approval of Resolution #13 will be sent with the updated version of Chapter 1 to Congresswoman Shaw.
  21. Update to publication of Liquor Control Ordinance. We await a reply from the Superintendent of the BIA, Adam Trumbly.
  22. Auction sale of tobacco.
  23. Set the next meeting for the redline version of the Tax Code.
