  16. Approval of Rule regarding Tobacco Retailer License Applications submitted by Morgan Cass, Ass’t Attorney General for the Osage Nation.

  17. Review of Amended Liquor Control Ordinance from U.S. Department of the Interior.

  18. Review of Tobacco Compact submitted by Pipestem Law.

  19. Travel approval for Teresa Rutherford and Rhonda Wallace to attend the NITA Conference in Phoenix, AZ, on November 4-7, 2024.
