Request for Bids

The Osage Nation will receive sealed bids for General Contracting Services for the construction of a new Funeral Home in Pawhuska, OK. 

Bid packets, with full details, can be obtained from the Osage Nation Purchasing Office at 111 John Dahl Ave., Pawhuska, OK 74056. Please contact Ashley Lockett at 918.287.5344 or via email ashley.lockett@osagenation-nsn.gov.

A mandatory Pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. on November 13th, 2024 in the Osage Nation Law Building Conference Room 121 located at 1071 Grandview Ln, Pawhuska, OK 74056. 

Sealed bids must be received on or before 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 27th, 2024 at the Purchasing Office of the Osage Nation, 111 John Dahl Ave, Pawhuska, OK 74056.

All sealed bids will be opened publicly beginning at 11:15 A.M. at the Osage Nation Law Building Conference Room 121 located at 1071 Grandview Ln., Pawhuska, OK 74056

Osage Preference will be applied in awarding the contract. The Osage Nation reserves the right to reject any and all responses.
