Compute and Virtual Infrastructure Upgrade

Request for Proposals

The Osage Nation will receive sealed proposals to update its current Cisco UCS compute systems as well as upgrade our VMware virtual infrastructure in our Primary and Backup data centers.  

Proposal packets, with full details, can be obtained from the Osage Nation Purchasing Office at 111 John Dahl Ave., Pawhuska, OK 74056. Please contact Ashley Lockett at 918.287.5344 or via email ashley.lockett@osagenation-nsn.gov.

Sealed proposals must be received on or before 2:00 P.M. on Friday, December 13th, 2024 at the Purchasing Office of the Osage Nation, 111 John Dahl Ave, Pawhuska, OK 74056.

Osage Preference will be applied in awarding the contract. The Osage Nation reserves the right to reject any and all responses.
