The Osage Nation is soliciting sealed bids for construction services for the furnishing of all tools, materials, labor and performing all work necessary for the construction of HWY 60 Sidewalks in Pawhuska, OK.

A non-mandatory Pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. CST on Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2025 in the Osage Nation Roads Department conference room located at 1290 West Ave., Pawhuska, OK 74056.
Sealed bids must be received on or before 11:00 A.M. CST on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at the Purchasing Office of the Osage Nation, 111 John Dahl Ave, Pawhuska, OK 74056.
All sealed bids will be opened publicly beginning at 11:15 A.M. CST on Tuesday, September 11, 2025 at the Osage Nation Law Building Conference Room 121 located at 1071 Grandview Ln., Pawhuska, OK 74056
Osage Preference will be applied in awarding the contract. The Osage Nation reserves the right to reject any and all responses.
