m.    ONCA 25-104, An Act to establish an extraordinary direct assistance program within the Osage Nation for assistance with unmet needs not covered by any other Tribal Assistance Program serving as a payer of last resort; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Potts)

n.    ONCA 25-105, An Act to authorize and appropriate the amount of one million two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,250,000) to Manzeska Ota Tsi (Place to Borrow Money) as unrestricted loan capital; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Potts)

o.    ONCA 25-106, An Act to require a waiver of sovereign immunity of the Osage Nation on a limited basis for lawsuits to be filed by the Osage Nation in other jurisdictions; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Potts)

p.    ONCA 25-107, An Act to amend the Attorney General law at 15 ONC § 3-106 to require the Principal Chief to appoint an Attorney General within one hundred twenty (120) days; and to amend 15 ONC § 3-109 to state that only the Attorney General may issue Attorney General opinions; and to establish an alternate effective date. q.    ONCA 25-108, An Act to amend the Treasury law at 15 ONC § 2-304.1 to require the Principal Chief to appoint a Treasurer within one hundred twenty (120) days; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Potts)
