Osage LLC (herein called the “Owner”) reserves the right to waive any formalities to reject any and all proposals. All proposals and related materials become the property of the Osage Nation Ranch.
 

PURPOSE
The Osage Nation Ranch (“Ranch”) seeks dependable monthly trash hauling services for houses and shops on the Ranch using contractor-provided collection vehicles and disposal methods.

Osage LLC seeks an experienced web design and development partner to create a unified, scalable website ecosystem for Osage LLC and its business units. Services include website strategy, design, development,     branding and content support, CMS implementation, accessibility compliance, SEO, content migration, training, and optional ongoing support. The solution should strengthen the Osage LLC brand, improve user experience, and provide a flexible framework for future organizational growth.
