An Act to continue a matching grant for artists and art organizations up to a maximum of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) per grant; to appropriate a total grant amount of eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to the Foundation; to authorize the Osage Nation Foundation to administer the funds; to require the Foundation to develop objective criteria for awards and to review applications and determine grant recipients; and to establish an alternate effective date.
