An Act to amend ONCA 25-94 to provide supplemental appropriations to the Executive Branch in Non-Tribal Self-Governance funds in the amount of one million ninety six thousand six hundred eighty nine dollars ($1,096,689); and to establish an alternate effective date. (Red Corn)
