An act to provide an appropriation to the Executive Branch of the Osage Nation in the amount of eleven million eight hundred sixty three thousand eight hundred eighty seven dollars ($11,863,887) in Non-Tribal Self-Governance funds for fiscal year 2027 and one million eight hundred ninety nine thousand thirty three dollars ($1,899,033) for fiscal year 2026; and to establish an alternate effective date.
