ONCA 15-05 ENACTED

An Act to amend ONCA 14-10 to reduce the appropriation to Tribal Development and Land Acquisition for project costs to build the Osage Fairfax Child Care and Senior Center to three million seventeen thousand five hundred dollars ($3,017,500); to appropriate three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to the Capital Asset and Improvement fund for investment in a grocery store in Fairfax; and to establish an alternate effective date.
