An Act to establish a fund in the Judicial branch and two funds in the Legislative branch for the Osage Nation Congress and Office of Fiscal Performance and Review; to place control of funds with the Judicial branch and Legislative branch; to remove the Executive Branch accounting office and other branch officials from administration of the established funds; to authorize the transfer of fiscal year 2012 Judicial branch and Legislative branch appropriations to the established funds.
