An Act to amend 19 ONC § 3-101 et seq., the Osage Nation Workforce Pay for Performance Act, to amend the definition of employee; to restrict supervisory authority of non-merit appointed Executive Staff; to clarify the roles of the Human Resources Department and the Employee Protection Council; and to establish an alternate effective date.
