An Act to repeal ONCR 10-04, to repeal ONCA 09-02; to establish a revolving fund for reasonable litigation expenses incurred in furtherance of Osage Nation v. Thomas E. Kemp Jr., Chairman of the Oklahoma Tax Commission; Jerry Johnson, Vice-Chairman of the Oklahoma Tax Commission; and Constance Irby, Secretary-Member of the Oklahoma Tax Commission, $:01-cv-00516-JHP-FHM; to provide an appropriation to the established fund in the amount of one hundred fifteen thousand dollars ($115,000); to declare an emergency and establish an effective date.
